What information do we collect?

When you use our tools and calculators, our system collects the following categories of data solely for analytical purposes:

• Traffic and campaign data: We record the page from which you reached our site (referrer), the pages from which you started your session (landing pages), and marketing campaign parameters (UTM data), if such are available in the page address.
• Technical device data: We collect aggregated data about device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), browser, operating system, browser language, time zone, and screen size (in ranges/groups) to understand how users access the service.
• Hashed IP address: Your IP address is never stored in raw form. The system generates a one-way hash (irreversible digital fingerprint) from it solely for the purpose of approximate visitor grouping. It is not possible to recover the original IP address from this hash.
• Geographic data at country level: We extract your approximate location at the country level from the Cloudflare CF-IPCountry header if the site is accessed via Cloudflare. In the absence of this header, the system may use the PHP GeoIP extension or a local MaxMind database. We only store the country code — no more precise geographic data is stored.
• Financial inputs in the calculators: Numeric values entered into our financial calculators (salaries, social security contributions, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser and are not sent to our servers. If such values are recorded for analytical purposes, they are stored only in anonymized ranges (e.g., "1000–2000 BGN"), rather than as exact values.

How we use your information?

The collected data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Service improvement: We analyze how users interact with our tools and calculators in order to improve them.
• Technical monitoring: We monitor for errors and performance issues.
• Traffic statistics: We understand which channels our visitors come from.

All data is processed based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) — namely, improving the quality of the free service provided.

If we want to use your information for another purpose, we will ask for your consent and will use the information only after receiving your consent and only for the purposes for which you have given consent, unless we are required by law to do otherwise.

Period of storage

Analytical data is stored for a period of 12 (twelve) months, after which it is automatically deleted. Hashed IP addresses and device data are stored for the same period.

How we share your information?

Our analytical system is fully proprietary and server-based — we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics tool. The collected analytical data is not shared with third parties.

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except under the following limited circumstances:

• To comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process.
• To enforce your agreements with us, including this Privacy Policy.
• To respond to claims that your use of the Service violates the rights of third parties.

If the Service or our company is merged or acquired by another company, your information will be one of the assets that is transferred to the new owner.

How we use cookies?

Our website uses first-party cookies for the proper functioning of the site (e.g., saving language preferences, session identifiers). These cookies do not contain personal information and are technically necessary.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable Bulgarian legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — to receive information about what data we store about you.

• Right to restriction of processing — to request a temporary suspension of processing.
• Right to data portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to object — to object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest.
• Right to withdraw consent — when processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
• Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), website: www.cpdp.bg.

Please note that if you do not allow us to collect the necessary technical information, this does not limit your access to our tools and calculators.
